The Cake Boss

Recently we took a day trip to Hoboken, NJ.  It was a beautiful day in a beautiful town filled with shopping, restaurants and of course, Carlo's Bake Shop - aka, The Cake Boss.  My daughter, Cristina (on the right) and Adrianne (cousin) enjoyed the visit and were excited to get their canoli's, carrot cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes and apple crumb pie.  We didn't see anyone from the show in the bakery that day.  We got there at the right time.  It took us about 20 minutes to get our order, but by the time we left it was packed.  From what I understand, most days the line is out the door and around the corner.
